What you'll do
Manage customer and partner requests through different support channels, communicating in both Italian and English.
Classify and prioritize incidents and service requests according to established support processes and SLAs.
Investigate first-level application issues and progressively develop the skills to manage more complex second-level cases.
Use SQL queries, application logs,



and available technical information to investigate reported issues and understand system behavior.
Reproduce reported problems and collect the information needed to support troubleshooting and escalation.
Work closely with experienced Support colleagues, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to resolve more complex issues.
Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process with clear, professional, and timely communication.
Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal knowledge base.
Support functional and non-regression testing of fixes, patches, and product releases.
Use Generative AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and everyday productivity.
Contribute ideas to simplify, standardize, or automate repetitive support activities.

What you'll need
A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
