What you’ll do
- Project Planning & Execution: Define clear objectives, scopes, and key deliverables. Contribute to project roadmaps, timelines, and support effective resource and budget allocation.
- Team Leadership: Direct project teams, establish responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide constructive guidance to cultivate a collaborative workspace while resolving issues effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement:



Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating transparent communication across all project phases.
- Risk Mitigation: Help identify potential project risks early and support the implementation of mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Management: Help ensure deliverables align with established quality standards through continuous assessments, audits, and process improvements.
- Project Delivery & Closure: Support the completion of projects, including contract wrap-up, lessons-learned documentation, and final reporting.
- Client Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams to align on customer requirements and help identify new commercial opportunities.

What you’ll need
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Project Management Experience: Previous experience (or strong exposure) to project management in an IT environment, ideally within SaaS
