About The Role
Join us as Talent Acquisition Specialist for Spain to hire the sales and customer success people who will carry Lexroom into the Spanish market. You’ll report to our Talent Acquisition Manager and sit at the front line of our Spain expansion, working at pace with the managers building our Spanish customer-facing teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle for Spanish-market sales, operations and customer roles, at volume.
- Build and manage inbound pipelines, keeping a high, steady tempo of screening and interviews.
- Partner with sales and customer success managers and stay on top of feedback so roles never stall.
- Engage candidates and sell the Lexroom story in a market we’re just opening.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent Spanish, plus fluent English.
- 1 to 3 years of experience, with a background or strong interest
