At JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa and The Gritti Palace Luxury Collection , we are looking for a Cluster Director of Revenue to lead the revenue strategy across two of Marriott International’s most iconic luxury hotels in Venice.

This strategic leadership role is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability through pricing optimization, inventory management, forecasting, demand analysis and commercial strategy. Working closely with the General Managers, Sales & Marketing teams and other key stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive revenue performance while ensuring alignment with Marriott brand standards and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the revenue strategy for both properties, maximizing room and function space revenue.
- Develop and implement pricing, inventory and distribution strategies across all market segments.
- Monitor market trends, demand, competitor performance and business opportunities to optimize hotel performance.
- Prepare and analyze forecasts, budgets and revenue reports,



identifying trends and recommending strategic actions.
- Manage transient, group and catering pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead Revenue Strategy Meetings and provide recommendations to hotel leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop commercial strategies and optimize business mix.
- Analyze KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Market Share, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Manage revenue management systems and ensure compliance with Marriott revenue management standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively communicate revenue opportunities and business results.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Revenue Management within luxury hotels or international hospitality companies.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing strategies
