POSITION - HR Business Partner – Plant (Maternity Leave)
We are looking for a smart, dynamic and driven person who, as part of our HR team, will participate in creating and shaping experiences and an environment where our people can thrive and make the difference, with energy, curiosity and self-responsibility, across our manufacturing plants in Italy.
What You Will Do
- HR practices and employee management (including workforce planning, recruitment and on-boarding, organisational design), ensuring these processes are aligned with Company’s strategy and goals;




- Build and maintain close partnerships with Manufacturing line management to ensure that departmental needs are identified and effectively addressed;
- Development of strong relationship with other HR BP and other roles within the HR function (People Culture & Continuous Improvement, Total Rewards, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations) to ensure HR tools and practices are deployed properly;
- Ensure that Talent Management initiatives and Training&Development; activities are implemented, working in partnership with the line management and PC&CI;? to promote/support the development of our people;
- Contribute to key HR initiatives and projects , such as employee engagement surveys, people development programs.

Who You Are
- Master’s degree in HR related field such as Social & Work Psychology, Management & Economics, Law;
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus;
- Good Level of English;
- Self-starter, problem solver, result oriented;
- Excellent interpersonal sk
