Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Sales – EMEA to lead our commercial expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting directly to the CEO you’ll build and scale our enterprise sales efforts across AI labs, technology companies, retail customers, and robotics-focused users of 3D data.
You’ll start as a hands-on individual contributor, driving revenue, establishing commercial processes, and building the foundation for a world-class sales organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by building a commercial organization from the ground up.
This full-time role is located on-site at our office in Bressanone/Brixen in Italy. Hybrid arrangements are possible.

Main Responsibilities
- Proactively build on existing business development efforts and chart the Sales Strategy for EMEA, with a heavy focus on the AI and tech sectors
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including leading commercial and contractual negotiations




- Own revenue targets and quota attainment for EMEA
- Own pipeline generation and pipeline health ensuring a sufficient pipeline to achieve revenue objectives as well as sales forecasting accuracy, maintaining a predictable, data-driven forecast
- Build relationships with executive decision makers across AI labs, technology companies, retailers, CPG companies / brands, and robotics organizations
- Use and optimize company CRM systems and forecasting processes; create, proactively provide and optimize weekly & monthly sales reports to the CEO
- Develop scalable go-to-market processes, presentations and sales playbooks
- In the future: recruit and hire, then lead and manage, sales and business development team members
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO and CFO on company strategy and growth, and collaborate closely with Sales counterparts in the Americas and the rest of the world
