Marketing Manager, EMEA Retail & Wholesale

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager, EMEA Retail & Wholesale , based in Milan, to lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies.
This role requires a highly connected, internationally minded professional with a strong background in luxury, ideally within the fashion industry. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and, most importantly, brings a strong personal network, deep market knowledge, and a proactive attitude toward client development and high-level relationship building.
A key focus of the role is the creation and expansion of a new, qualified client network across EMEA, leveraging partnerships, events, and exclusive environments aligned with the brand’s positioning.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & CRM
- Develop and execute EMEA marketing strategies, aligned with brand positioning and global guidelines, driving new client acquisition within high-value luxury environments.
- Build and expand strategic relationships with hotels,



concierges, private clubs, luxury venues, high-profile events, sports/lifestyle events, and exclusive retail communities, personally representing the brand at key events across Europe.
- Create internal tools to translate these relationships and networking into concrete business opportunities.
- Act as strategic marketing advisor to Retail and Wholesale partners, planning and negotiating co-op marketing agreements and developing joint business plans with key wholesale clients.
- Support execution of the EMEA CRM & Clienteling strategy, acting as key liaison between HQ and local markets, translating global CRM strategies into local actions that drive client retention, loyalty, and business growth.
- Monitor and optimize client-driven sales performance through client contacts, outreach activities, and appointments, analyzing client data to identify retention, loyalty, and growth opportunities.
