Role Description
Pharmatec is looking for an experienced MEP Lead & Energy Marshal to support a major data centre construction project in Northern Italy.
Location: Northern Italy
Work mode: Full-time, site-based
Long-term assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate onsite MEP construction activities.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate commissioning and energization activities in collaboration with the project team.
- Monitor construction progress, quality and HSE compliance.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with technical specifications and project schedule.
- Support project reporting and participate in site coordination meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as MEP Lead , MEP Construction Manager , MEP Supervisor or Energy Marshal .
- Experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning and site coordination.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements related to energization activities.
- Italian language is mandatory.
- Good command of English.
