Control & Performance Analysis" Area based in Cascina Costa.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Area/Discipline Technical Planner who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating engineering activities, supporting Engineering Managers and Technical Leaders in achieving program objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality.Providing comprehensive support for planning, budgeting, and performance analysisWorking closely with Heads of Technical Areas / Disciplines, they:aggregate demand requestsensure alignment between platform / program plans and Technical Area / Discipline plansThey assist System Engineers / Chief Projects and Heads of Technical Areas / Disciplines in:monitoring and forecasting program / platform planningconducting schedule and cost variance analysesidentifying critical paths and potential issuesProactively managing Technical Areas / Discipline saturation issues or plan unfeasibilityThey propose recovery actions and report critic
