For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a:
Receptionist
The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, suppliers, visitors, and business partners.
Responsibilities




- Welcome and assist customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage the company switchboard and direct communications to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and front-office activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, couriers).
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and activities.
- Support basic administrative tasks and document management.
- Ensure reception areas and meeting rooms are organized, functional, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure an effective flow of information.

Requirements
- High school diploma; additional education in administration, hospitality, or tourism is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and business software).
- Experience in switchboard management and general administrative/reception
