Position: Training & Development Senior Professional (Materials)
Location: Poland / Spain / Italy/ Germany (preferrable near one of our factories)
You will take ownership of how materials expertise is defined and developed across our global organization.
Your role will be to build a clear and structured framework that helps engineers across factories and HUBs develop the right knowledge and skills to work with materials effectively.
You will work closely with engineering teams, factories, and the Global Material Repository (GMR)
to translate technical standards into practical competencies and development paths.
From skills mapping to training and certification, you will ensure consistency, clarity, and real impact across regions.
You will also use PLM Windchill as a key reference point, making sure that all learning content and competency frameworks are aligned with approved materials data and documentation.
All of this will happen within TrafoSchool — our global setup for building engineering capabilities and driving structured development at scale.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Materials Competency & Training Framework Define competency expectations per material with GMR. Align with standards, engineering, and manufacturing needs. Ensure consistency across HUBs and factories.
- Skills & Competence Mapping Maintain competency matrices for materials experts. Define skill levels and validation criteria. Assess current vs. required competencies and identify gaps.
