The Job:
As the Social & Digital Specialist , you’ll be part of our GCX SEMEA team. You’ll get to:
Develop and execute social media strategies that support global and regional brand plans and deliver against key marketing initiatives. Align campaign objectives and content execution, including lead generation activities, in partnership with the Local Digital Marketing Manager and Central Brand Teams.
Manage organic and paid social media activity across relevant channels, while incorporating user-generated content into broader brand strategies. Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with audiences, responding to questions and queries, and nurturing positive brand relationships in line with tone of voice guidelines. Monitor brand sentiment through social listening and use insights to strengthen customer experience, support customer retention, and help acquire new customers. Interpret performance metrics and act on insights to optimise campaign execution and improve social media effectiveness. Manage social media operations through agreed technology platforms such as Social Bakers and other approved tools. Partner closely with customer support teams to resolve customer service issues raised through social media channels.
