Embedded Software Engineer

TXT e-Tech Srl , part of the TXT Group , is looking for a candidate that fit in a role as Embedded Software Engineer to design and develop software for navigation systems. Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis of configuration files for existing systems;
- Software development using C/C++ in a Linux environment;
- Implementation tasks: releasing and integrating source/executable code into the project version control system;
- Integration tasks: issuing test reports;
- Drafting technical documentation.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of the C and C++ programming languages;
- Knowledge of the Linux operating system;
- Knowledge of network programming;
- Knowledge of and ability to resolve issues related to automated controls.
Optional Technical Skills:
- Experience in real-time embedded development;
- Knowledge of Python;
- Knowledge of IBM DOORS;
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink;
- Knowledge of the Eclipse development environment.
Soft Skills:
- Problem solving;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to travel.
Education::
- Degree in Aerospace engineering or computer science

- The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 28.000 € and EUR 32.000 € gross per year.
- The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement
