Your Everyday at Nexi
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager ECR specializing in Point of Sale (POS) systems, telematic cash registers, and retail management/fiscal software for the Italian market.
In this role based in Milan, you will be the key driver for the evolution of our product portfolio (software and/or hardware), leading the roadmap from inception to market launch.
You will work closely with software development teams, hardware partners, legal/compliance departments, and marketing to ensure our solutions are not only innovative and user-friendly but also rigorously compliant.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Product Vision & Roadmap Definition
- Define, plan, and manage the product roadmap for POS systems and associated cloud/on-premise retail management software.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development teams.
- Continuously monitor the product lifecycle, defining and tracking key success metrics.
- Fiscal Compliance & Integrations (Italy Focus)
- Actively monitor updates to Italian fiscal regulations regarding retail trade and large-scale distribution (e.g., Telematic Recorders/ Registratori Telematici , XML daily transactional report transmissions, Receipt Lottery/ Lotteria degli Scontri
