Sales Development Representative (Italian-speaking)
This role is for you if you speak Italian at a native level.
The Sales team at SumUp is focused on helping small businesses grow through simple and accessible payment solutions. Our new Milan office is where we’ll be building our outbound sales team from the ground up. You’ll work closely with SDRs, Team Leads, and Field Sales to generate new business opportunities across the Italian market.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who enjoys speaking with customers, understands their challenges, and creates new opportunities for our sales team.

What you’ll do
- Reach out to small businesses through outbound calls.
- Qualify merchants and understand their current payment setup.
- Generate and book qualified meetings for the Field Sales team.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.




- Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and your teammates in Milan.

You’ll be great for this role if
- You speak native-level Italian and are fluent in English.
- You enjoy speaking with people and building relationships quickly.
- You have experience in, or a strong interest in, outbound sales and cold calling.
- You thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- You’re motivated to build a career in sales and technology.
