As the brand enters a structuring phase, we are looking for a Finance, Controlling & Accounting Manager to bring rigor, clarity, and control to our financial ecosystem. Reporting directly to Management,



this role is the financial backbone of the Maison.

Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract (contratto a tempo determinato), with possibility of conversion to permanent (tempo indeterminato)

Salary: 28 000 – 32 000 € gross annual

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Business Control
– Monitor and manage cash flow: forecasting, liquidity planning, financing needs
– Build and update business plans and financial projections
– Analyse performance by channel (wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces) — margin, revenue, profitability
– Track budgets and proactively identify cost optimisation levers
– Design and maintain financial reporting dashboards for Management

Accounting & Administration
– Oversee accounting flows for France and Italy, in coordination with external accountants
