YOUR ROLE
Semiconductor manufacturing is a core part of microchip production and includes a range of advanced process technologies used to build highly precise electronic devices.
These processes may cover patterning, material removal, deposition, surface treatment, and doping, depending on the specific production step. Technologies such as lithography, wet etching, dry etching, deposition, and ion implantation play a critical role in defining fine structures, controlling device performance, and ensuring process consistency. These activities require strong technical discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a high-volume, high-precision manufacturing environment.
The Main Objectives Of The Position Are
- Guarantee tool uptime and tool performance aligned to targets
- Ensure process robustness and stability
- Definition and management of equipment control chart
- Definition, management and training for OCAP
- Management of hold lots, tool alarms and FDC
- New tool selection, Equipment Procurement Specification definition and tool start-up
- Improve tool and process perfo
