Purpose of the position: As International HR Compensation Specialist , you will join our Compensation & Vantaggi Department at Saipem SpA, based in Milan.
How can you support us?
- Analysis and development of compensation strategies that meet corporate needs and market studies.
- Collaboration with the corresponding human resources functions in local branches to define grading system, compensation structures and incentive plans.
- Monitoring market practices in terms of compensation,



ensuring the competitiveness of the offer.
- Preparation of analytical reports on staff compensation levels and the effectiveness of compensation policies.
- Support in managing the annual salary review process.
- Coordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys.
- Promotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems.

What are we looking for?
Education
Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields;
Background: 2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation, preferably in the French market. Given the company’s international profile, professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in French and English are essential requirements.
Technical/IT Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel.
