The venture (stealth mode) We are launching an ambitious Newco positioned at the intersection of high technology and the luxury sector .
Our mission is to redefine the standards of lifestyle management and elite services for the highest echelon of the global market: CEOs, Top Executives, Founders, and institutional investors. We are developing a proprietary premium services platform integrated with advanced artificial intelligence, designed to optimize luxury mobility, time, asset allocation, and predictive assistance for the international leadership class.
Unlike traditional startups that begin without a solid infrastructure, this Newco is born within an established international strategic ecosystem, leveraging a consolidated business network backed by over €11 Billion in active industrial plans, ready-made commercial channels in New York, London,



Dubai, and a technological hub of excellence in Milan.
We are now seeking a visionary leader of the highest professional standing to lead this entity as CEO & Co-Founder , driving the go-to-market strategy and coordinating global financial relations.

The role: what you will lead As Co-Founder and CEO, you will be the face of the company and the driver of our international commercial scaling.
- Vision & GTM strategy: design and execute the global launch strategy for our Luxury Tech services, positioning the platform within UHNW (Ultra high net worth) client clusters.
- Capital markets & financial relations: interface directly with key players in extraordinary finance for private placement rounds and co-investment agreements.
- Operational leadership: recruit and organize an elite team, fully supported by our centralized technological departments (Milano AI lab), legal, and marketing teams
