At Hilton, we create memorable experiences for our guests every day. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and promoting all hotel services with a focus on Groups, Meetings & Events.
What will you be doing?

Identify and develop new business opportunities across different market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key partners
Promote and sell Groups, Meetings & Events opportunities
Negotiate rates, proposals, and contracts in line with hotel strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
Collaborate with operational departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain accurate sales records and support the implementation of the commercial strategy
Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries

What are we looking for?




1–3 years of experience in a Sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel experience preferred)
Fluency in Italian and English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Proactive, goal-oriented, and commercially driven mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to travel when required
Professional appearance and positive attitude
