ABOUT THE JOB Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for: Cleaning glasses, cutlery, and dishes, Keeping the bar fully stocked at all times, Preparing snacks or sharing plates during service, Juicing citrus fruits, Preparing garnishes, Filling ice bins, Restocking the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice, etc., Refilling alcohol bottles, Assisting bartenders with occasional requests during service. ABOUT YOU You have proven experience as a bar assistant, or in a similar role. You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally.
