We’re looking for a passionate “Business Improvement Manager” for our Adriatic Region .
You enjoy the continuous improvement of processes and are happy to take responsibility for the development and implementation of these in operational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible.
With your extensive experience in supervising change projects, you make a valuable contribution to making working with our customers even easier.
With your persuasiveness and moderation skills,
you can bring project teams to peak performance and provide them with methodical support in project implementation.

Support the concrete implementation of the change measures and work in close cooperation with interfaces in all divisions, shared service, communication and HR
Lead and support change projects, plan and schedule work packages together with departments and managers as well as individual project teams.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and attention to inefficient work arounds by building skills within Alfa Laval Adriatic (e.g. lean training courses, Kaizen events, coaching of superiors and project managers) and as a mediator of change
Monitor results, track deadlines and priorities of the organization’s project portfolio, and ensure effective communication on changes within project teams and within Alfa Laval Adriatic
