with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships Self-driven and comfortable working independently xrdztoy in a performance-oriented environment Engineering background with around 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application roles Interest in photonics, thermal management, or power technologies Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage
