Responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation. Formulates and modifies Customer Service Levels Agreements (SLA’s) to meet customer expectations and needs. Works closely with other departments to secure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes.
Maintaining market share and customer satisfaction of our existing customers within the assigned territory/customers
Create new sales opportunity
Support the organization of local event for education, referral program (Ambassador), targeting new stakeholder and NCS
Make constant reporting on sales evolution and budg
