Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform. You will join the Supply Chain team to support all the stages of planning: from supporting order management to the delivery to the final customer, passing through production planning.
You will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring right service to our customers and, at the same time, production facilities efficiency; coordinating key activities and processes which involve and connect different functions, such as mill planning, customer service, sales and marketing.
You will grant support in executing planning improvement projects, partnering with sales - marketing - customer service – logistic teams across Europe, gradually taking direct lead of specific projects sub streams or activities.
You will report to the FSP Production Planning manager.
Manage customer orders by confirming delivery times.
Generate balanced production plans to meet service, production efficiency and finished products stock cover targets, while complying to defined planning rules and standards.
Coordinate and manage key stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, R&D;, to (but not limited to): address urgencies, support new product launches, update production plan to mitigate/fix short term product availability issues, etc.
Manage the key relations with mill production scheduling departments, granting efficiency and reactiveness.
Support S&OP; lead and Planning process&tool; Managers in executing planning improvements projects, such as review of European subsidiaries stock policies, upgrade MRP functionalities, manage slow movers/redundant stock, adopt new planning strategies, etc. ; coordinating activities with other functions and stakeholders, s
