INTERIOR DESIGN PM
At Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (VI) we are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to be placed within our Architecture Department. The main focus of this role is the performance of activities directly related to managing Retail and Wholesale projects.
Main responsibilities:
Design & Creative Direction
- Develop and design interior design concepts consistent with the brand’s positioning and identity, for stores, showrooms and corporate spaces globally;
- Translate brand identity guidelines into distinctive spatial concepts, adapting them to local specificities (market, culture, regulations,
space dimensions);
- Collaborate with external architecture firms and regional teams, interior design studios and general contractors, ensuring fidelity to the approved concept;
- Update and evolve the design manual / store concept guidelines, balancing global identity with local adaptation;
- Participate in the prototyping process of new furniture and design components, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and functional standards;
- Follow specific projects on site when necessary, supporting the implementation phase and verifying adherence to design intent and technical requirements.
Project Management & Delivery
- Support in managing the full project lifecycle for store openings, restyling and renovations globally (planning, budgeting, execution, handover);
