Your contribution:
- You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors
- You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
- You will respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
- You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
- You will maintain back of house stock storage organization
- You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly – motivated team

You will fit perfectly into our team if:
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion
- You have a genuine interest in high-end products, particularly luxury watches
- You have a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- You have high standards of personal presentation, with the ability to maintain the boutique’s appearance and organization
- You are fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in additional languages being a plus
- You are willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business needs
