We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of HVAC-R customers across a broad European market. This is a client-facing, high-volume sales role conducted primarily through digital channels (phone, video,
email), offering a modern alternative to traditional field sales.
The role can be based in Belluno (covering Europe), with flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC-R customers via remote channels (video, phone, email)
- Manage a high-volume, diverse portfolio of regional and international accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand needs and identify growth opportunities
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the full product and solutions portfolio, clearly translating technical value into customer benefits
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations within defined frameworks
- Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned
