Lexroom.ai in Milan is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market Italian clients from launch through renewal. You will build strong executive relationships, drive renewals and upsell, and ensure measurable business impact through dashboards and KPIs, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
The role requires 4–10 years in customer success or enterprise account management, with SaaS experience and native Italian plus fluent English.
