Join us as the Head of Operations Preparation in Trento, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless production flow. You will coordinate with various departments, including warehouse, purchasing, and production planning, to ensure effective execution of all order preparation activities. Lead, manage, and develop the Operations Preparation team, setting clear priorities and monitoring performance.
Ensure the accurate execution of all order preparation activities, from material arrival to production release.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to organize material preparation and kitting activities efficiently.
Act as a key interface with Planning, Purchasing, and Material Management to align supply with production demand.
Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or purchasing, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
You possess a strong understanding of material flow,



logistics, and production support processes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Italian is required for the position, proficiency in another language is a plus.
