The Maintenance Supervisor will join the Global Facilities & Engineering team at our strategic production site in Noventa Padovana (PD), reporting to the Process Engineering Manager.
As Maintenance Supervisor, the candidate will lead preventive, corrective and calibration maintenance activities, coordinating a team of six technicians and fostering a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement. Beyond the technical aspects of the role, the candidate will play a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, procedural compliance and adherence to quality standards within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
The role will represent the Noventa Padovana site within the maintenance network, working closely with global stakeholders to support site priorities, drive change management initiatives and contribute to the site’s maintenance strategy.
Highly motivated professionals with strong leadership potential, experience in regulated manufacturing environments, and a willingness to learn and grow in a pharmaceutical setting will be fully considered.




Support quality and compliance processes, including maintenance documentation management, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation and deviation follow-up, ensuring adherence to GMP and site standards
Plan daily maintenance priorities, allocate resources effectively and ensure the timely execution of scheduled activities in alignment with operational and quality requirements
Oversee preventive, corrective and calibration maintenance activities for process equipment, utilities and instrumentation, guiding a team of six maintenance technicians through daily priorities, problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration compliance, manage the corrective maintenance backlog and drive continuous improvement actions in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner and Reliability Maintenance Engineer
