What You Can Expect In this role, you will evaluate customer creditworthiness, support credit risk management activities and help ensure smooth and reliable payment processes for our customers.
Analyze company reports, financial statements, credit ratings and other relevant financial information to evaluate customer creditworthiness.
Carry out economic and financial analyses of medium and large prospects to support credit decisions.
Monitor customer ratings and highlight possible credit risks.
Keep customer financial data accurate and updated.
Manage credit limit exceedances and customer account blocks according to internal policies.




Monitor customer payments and outstanding amounts.
Manage bank account changes and SEPA mandates.
Support cash collection and debt recovery activities.
Issue credit notes according to company procedures.
Support fraud monitoring and prevention activities.
Bachelor's degree
Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
Knowledge of credit information providers and commercial databases
Experience in reviewing company reports, credit bureau data, and financial documentation
Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
Familiar with MS office and MS Dynamics
Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
Strong customer orientation
Good team player
