ABOUT THE JOB Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Knowing the menu and the composition of dishes inside and out. Ensuring guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction on a daily basis. Ensuring compliance with the setup requirements for the different services (lunch and dinner). Participating in and organising the service of one or more sections: taking and following up on orders, table service, clearing tables. Ensuring the application of all service standards and procedures. Assisting the Management team with the training, motivation, and supervision of the team. Supervising and managing operational teams: staff schedules, training, evaluations
