AutoScout24, a leading company in the Digital Automotive industry, is looking for a Field Sales Consultant – tempo pieno to join our Sales team in Milan and contribute to the growth of our business across the assigned territory.
You will join our Sales team and be responsible for the Lombardy and Piedmont regions.
Managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities with prospects.
Providing consultative sales support to identify the best solutions for customers’ needs.
Monitoring and analysing customers’ key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Keeping the CRM up to date.
You have experience in B2B services sales and enjoy building long-term relationships with customers.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
Experience in B2B services sales.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.




Previous experience in the digital industry is considered a plus.
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel or similar).
Willingness to work in the field and build relationships directly with customers.
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics or a related field).
Good command of English (B1 level or above).

28.000 – €40.000 gross annual salary (RAL) + variable , depending on experience, skills and the level of responsibility required for the role.
