YOUR OPPORTUNITY :

The Industrial Engineering Specialist will support the industrialization and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for food and beverage processing equipment, with a strong focus on piping systems and CNC tube bending technologies.

YOUR MISSIONS :

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities :
~ Industrializaton of manufacturing processes for process equipment in food & beverage industry.
~ Definition and standardization of manufacturing processes, from design to shop floor execution, for process piping.
~3D and 2D optimization of piping design to improve bending quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
~ CNC pipe bending programming and process optimization.
~ Preparation and optimization of cutting lists for piping components.
~ Standard work, work instruction and control plan definition for pipe bending manufacturing production.
~ Technical support between design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure process robustness and repeatability.




~ Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Quality, and Lead Time optimization.

YOUR PROFILE :

Education:
Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical and Industrial Engineering) or similar
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office
SAP knowledge is a plus
Language requirements:
Fluent English, written and spoken.
French is a plus
Required experience and skills:
CAD design 2D/3D skills (Solidworks is an advantage).
CNC programming attitude (pipe bending programming is an advantage).
Mechanical and Electrical skills / basic knowledge.
Leadership and communication skills be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.
Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional teams.
Project management attitude.
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
