Job Qualifications
Three years of loss prevention or management experience which includes conducting investigations/audits and report writing, planning, and goal setting. Completion of the Loss Prevention Uniformed Training Plan (UTP) Level III is required.
Or
Bachelor’s degree and one year of loss prevention or management experience which includes conducting investigations/audits, and report writing are preferred. Completion of the Loss Prevention Uniformed Training Plan (UTP) Level III I is required.
The Loss Prevention Uniformed Training Plan (UTP) Level III completion can be verified by any one of these training courses: 2007 - Exchange Detective Certification, 2212 - Uniform Training Plan for SS specialists, 2220 - Uniform Training Plan - Exchange Detectives, 2261 - Exchange Detective Training, 2282 - Certification of Exchange Detective,



3157 - UTP Exchange Detective, 3158 - UTP Safety, and Security 3162 - UTP DR Safety and Security Spec/Tech 010U - UTP Loss Prevention Manager, 317S - Level 1 Certification 318S - Level 2 Certification, 319S - Level 3 Certification, 321S - Level 4 Certification, 322A - Level 5 Certification, and 323S - Level 6 Certification.
