AutoScout24 Italia is looking for a tempo pieno B2C Marketing Manager to strengthen its local marketing team in Padova and take ownership of key consumer-facing marketing areas: B2C brand activation, B2C social media, private seller communication, consumer & private seller product marketing, and demand generation analysis & support .
This role is designed for an experienced B2C marketer who combines strategic thinking, executional autonomy and analytical sensitivity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across brand and demand objectives, consumer insights, product features, campaign performance and local market opportunities.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing Italy and works closely with the local marketing team and central marketing functions when relevant.
Implement and own the local activation of B2C brand initiatives in Italy, translating group guidelines into relevant local initiatives.
Ensure consistency of positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across consumer-facing touchpoints.




Identify local opportunities and campaign angles to strengthen AutoScout24’s relevance among car buyers, car owners and private sellers.
B2C Social Media
Define and own the local B2C social media plan, aligned with brand priorities and central guidelines.
Define local content priorities, formats and angles, managing the workflow from planning to briefing, production and publication.
Private Seller Communication
Own local marketing communication initiatives aimed at private sellers, from acquisition to activation and engagement.
Use consumer feedback, research and performance signals to improve communication effectiveness.
Consumer & Private Seller Product Marketing
Own the local marketing approach for B2C product features and private seller services.
Translate product updates, value propositions and user benefits into clear consumer-facing messages and assets.
Work with product, CRM and business stakeholders to ensure B2C product communication is relev
