BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our commercial presence and drive strategic account development across global accounts and the Italian market within the Energy sector. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s growth ambitions in Energy,



with direct impact on revenue development and strategic customer relationships. It sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical expertise, and international project coordination, supporting customers with engineered solutions across a diverse portfolio of polymer, metal, and composite products.
The position is based in Milan, involves frequent travel within Italy and occasional international travel.
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic global and regional accounts, with direct responsibility for revenue development and long-term partnership building
Drive business development across global accounts and local Italian markets, expanding market share in energy-related sectors (O&G;, LNG/cryogenics, power generation, etc.);
Promote and sell a multi-product portfolio of engineered sealing, like material solutions (polymer, metal, composite), typically within long and complex sales cycles;
