LHH Our client, specializing in the design and delivery of meetings, incentives, conferences, and events is seeking for a Senior Event Manager DMC.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), developing creative and competitive solutions tailored to client objectives.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, itineraries, and cost estimates based on client requirements, budget parameters, and travel periods.
Maintain extensive knowledge of destinations, venues, hotels, restaurants, transportation services, and experiential activities throughout Italy.
Build and strengthen relationships with local suppliers and partners while continuously identifying new products and services to enhance client offerings.
Actively follow up on proposals and business opportunities to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
Manage contract negotiations, confirmations, and deposit collection with clients and suppliers.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the planning phase,



ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination among all stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including itineraries, rooming lists, transportation schedules, supplier briefings, and event timelines.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of groups, meetings, incentives, and events to ensure seamless execution.
Manage on-site operations, overseeing service delivery and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare final client invoicing, monitor outstanding payments, and reconcile supplier costs.
Conduct post-event reviews, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Secondary education required or a degree or professional qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Events Management.
