you will be the driving force behind projects aimed at improving our website features, enhancing the customer experience (CX) and streamlining internal operational processes to better serve our global community.## ## Responsibilities As a Project Manager for E-commerce, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects. Project Leadership: coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization. * E-commerce Optimization: Customer Experience (CX): Represent the customer's voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine the CX, in collaboration with the UX Research team. * Process Improvement: Collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions. * Roadmap & Planning: Work with leadership to define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation t
