PE Global Recruitment are currently working with one of Europe's leading Data centre delivery partners to recruit a Project Manager to join the team in Milan. This is a tempo pieno, permanent opportunity.

The Job

:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical systems, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with other disciplines, and driving progress from procurement through to commissioning and handover

Requiremen

- ts Lead productivity by implementing effective weekly and daily work plan
- s. Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standard
- s. Uphold the highest Quality and Safety standards through diligent implementation and monitoring of procedure
- s. Track labour, manage resource allocation, and maintain accurate productivity record
- s. Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objective
- s.



Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- s. Lead, mentor, and support project teams, supervisors, and foremen to drive performance and accountabilit
- y. Collaborate with foremen to ensure materials, equipment, and information are in place for safe, efficient work executio
- n. Coordinate activities with other subcontractors to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operation
- s. Review and approve project documentation and foremen reports, ensuring timely closeout of all issue

Requireme

- nts Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical projects such as commercial offices, retail developments, hotels, schools, or data centr
- es. Data centre project experience is highly desirab
- le. Trade or Engineering qualification preferred, with recent experience managing major electrical contrac
- ts. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary tea
- ms. Proven track record in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources within complex, fast-paced environmen
