Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical ConstructionLocation: Milan, ItalyDuration: 24 Months (Freelance)Start: ASAPSector: PharmaceuticalOverviewWe are supporting a major pharmaceutical client on a large-scale capital investment project in Milan and are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project delivery team.Working on-site, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and controlling the integrated project schedule across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the integrated Primavera P6 project schedule.Prepare baseline programmes and manage regular schedule updates.Monitor project progress and identify critical path activities and potential delays.Produce weekly and monthly planning reports, S-curves and look-ahead programmes.Coordinate planning activities across engineering,



procurement, construction and commissioning teams.Analyse schedule impacts, variations and recovery plans.Support risk management and change control processes.Interface with project managers, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure programme alignment.Provide schedule analysis and recommendations to support project delivery.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Senior Planner on large capital construction projects.Demonstrable pharmaceutical project experience is essential.Strong Primavera P6 knowledge.Experience managing complex EPC/EPCM project schedules.Strong understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning activities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent Italian requiredIf interested please apply or email (email hidden)
