We are looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Receivable to join our team at Hyatt Centric Murano Venice. As Accounts Receivable, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collection of payments, and strong collaboration across departments to maintain financial efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Management: ensure the accurate and timely issuance of invoices and other tax documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor, record, and post payments received, ensuring correctness and compliance with hotel procedures.
- Credit Management: Assist with customer credit processes in line with hotel policies, including credit applications, reference checks, and credit limits.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
- Follow‑Up: Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
- Reporting:



Prepare and maintain regular accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and well‑organized records of all financial transactions.
- Cross‑Department Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and the effective resolution of billing and collection issues.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role in hotel industry;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures;
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Holding a valid Italian work permit.

CCNL Turismo Federalberghi - RAL expected to range approximately between €24,000 and €27,000, to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority.
