pAs an Automotive Coach Consultant, you monitor and support the use of a new tool to enhance Customer Experience across the dealer and service network. You provide both operational guidance and advisory input to Sales-related areas, leveraging Customer Journey and Sales/Service processes. You design and deliver coaching, training, and insights to improve CE performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role combines analytics, training, and hands-on implementation to shape customer outcomes. /pulliPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses on CE metrics /liliDraft and manage official communications to the sales and service network /liliCreate and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE topics /liliSupport the CE department in analysis and design of incentive schemes /liliDesign, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars)
