Global Program Manager – SprinklrSprinklr is an AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management that helps enterprises deliver consistent customer experiences across social media, marketing, advertising, feedback, and omnichannel contact center management.
Job OverviewLead a strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client in Milan, Italy, managing the end‑to‑end delivery while working from the client site three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage one strategic enterprise program for a public‑sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling program scope, change control processes, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Partner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments or regional teams to coordinate and drive delivery.
- Ensure that overall program is effective, running individual projects according to schedule and staying within budget.
- Develop relationships and ensure the participation of key client and internal stakeholders and executives.




- Develop knowledge of the Sprinklr platform components and module synergies to create realistic project plans and high‑level solutions.
- Ensure each project is reported and forecasted accurately to all stakeholders.
- Manage client service expectations and drive measurable outcomes for the client.
- Set the tone for the team and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery.
- Provide weekly project status and burn reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public‑sector, or highly regulated clients.
- Ability to operate from the customer premises three days per week, manage executive interactions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Extensive client‑management experience with business owners and executive‑level clients.
