Fresh team is looking for a talented Vendor Manager who will be responsible for improving product selection and managing relationships with vendors. CUSTOMER NEEDS Support identification of customer needs through pulling metrics and providing overviews of industry landscape Continuously seek information to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the business VENDOR MANAGEMENT Analyze existing reports to identify retail selection gaps Audit vendor costs and ensure procurement costs are in line with goals Prioritize vendor resources to improve customer experience, product availability and lower prices and costs Is responsible for creating product knowledge BUSINESS OPERATIONS Regularly audit all vendor elements, perform deep‐dive analysis on problems to understand root causes and make decisions based on data Act as an escalation point to respond to customer needs for vendors Educate vendors on tools,



processes and resources Identify opportunities to improve retail tools and systems Simplify or automate tasks to drive improved business performance Manage products from launch to end of life with a goal of automating any manual tasks Bachelor's degree Fluency in both English and Italian Analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis methodologies and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Experience manipulating large bodies of data Advanced Excel or basic SQL preferred We make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills.
