We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
We are looking for **Accessibility Manager.** The resource will be responsible for activities such as: - Ensure a high-quality Games experience for the entire audience, particularly for individuals with motor, visual, auditory, and intellectual disabilities, as well as those with specific needs (families with young children, children and teenagers,
elderly individuals, obese individuals, people with communication deficits, individuals with temporary illnesses or disabilities, etc.);
- Ensure a fulfilling and inclusive Games experience for "everyone," avoiding discrimination and treating all participants equally;
- Ensure a positive legacy for the citizens of the host territories and the tourists arriving from around the world;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Games that are not deficient in terms of accessibility, safety, and comfort, promoting inclusion for participants with disabilities or specific needs;
- Ensure compliance with the social sustainability requirements outlined in the Games Plan. **Requirements**:
Essential Requirements: - Recognized experience of at least 5 years in the development and management of projects aimed at meeting accessibility requirements and Universal Design principles;
- Recognized experience in training in the field of disability accessibility;
- Recognized experience in collaboration with projects promoting accessibility and inclusion with associations of people with disabilities, public entities, or the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP);
- Knowledge of Italian regulations and standards related to accessibility and overcoming architectural barriers;
- Ability to work in a team and reliability;
- Proficiency in both written and oral Italian. Desirable Requirements: - Familiarity with the Accessibility Guide (IPC 2020);
- Knowledge of the English language, both written and oral. **Other information**:
