Converse is hiring a Sales Associate to drive selling efforts and build customer relationships in Converse stores. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising support, and product flow, while working with teammates to achieve store goals.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in customer service or retail, be able to communicate effectively, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and uphold store standards and policies. Flexible scheduling including weekends may be required.
