We are looking for a passionate Talent Partner, who will play a key role within the Talent Acquisition team in Italy. You will act as a real business partner for managers and HR colleagues, providing technical expertise and solutions to current and future recruitment challenges. **This position reports to**:
Talent Acquisition Manager **Your responsibilities**: - Execute and contribute to the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy within the functional and geographic area of responsibility, in alignment with group guidance, policies and procedures.




- Act as a speaking partner and consultant to the business to advise on strategy and best practices in relation to talent acquisition.
- Leverage on internal tools (CRM, University Channels, Linkedin) in order to provide the correct strategy to fill the open positions.
- Partner with Employer Branding function, taking part to Career events and fairs and promoting Diversity & Inclusion. **Your background**: - Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Humanistic Background.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition field.
- Fluent both in Italian and English.
- Autonomy and ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
- Strong Influencing skills, capability to create a genuine partnership of trust with the business and internal HR teams.
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. **More about us**:
