As an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting the Regional and Global Team, you will be trusted to work on managing a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring timely payment and effective receivables management. In this role, a typical day will include: - Collaborating with the Regional Team to solve challenges related to receivables management and cash flow forecasting.
- Managing individual accounts for payment, overseeing factoring activities, and handling reimbursements and disputes/documentation inquiries.
- Providing support to the Global and Regional Centers of Excellence, highlighting areas of concern and sharing insights for key accounts.
- Ensuring all assigned customer contacts are documented and requests are actioned promptly.




- Maintaining contact with both the Global and Regional Centers of Excellence to support and escalate any issues related to cash allocation or credit management. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial management role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in receivables management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Behaviors: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
